We ship all of our items through USPS First Class Mail and will provide tracking as soon as it is available.
Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to verify the shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided it is not the responsibility of Roop & Company to replace the item once it has shipped. If an incorrect address has been provided please send us a message as soon as you are aware of the error, if the item has not shipped yet, we will update the address provided.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. If your item is damaged in shipping please let us know and we will be happy to replace the damaged item.

Due to the large number of orders and messages we receive, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Messages received on weekends or holidays will be returned within 24-48 of the first business day.
